The Challenge
After years of working with various marketing agencies, Mission Chiropractic & Wellness was discouraged by subpar digital marketing performance and the inability to achieve Local Pack visibility in just his neighborhood – let alone the entire city.
After being referred to us for assistance, it was uncovered in the fine print with his previous marketing agency that his website was actually being “rented” 🤢
Yes, you read that right. He didn’t even own his website, and if he parted ways with this agency, he had to leave his website behind – along with any SEO he gained over the years.
*Sidenote: You’d be surprised how often we hear this – in the past 12 months, we’ve had 3 clients from 3 different agencies that had similar sketchy website arrangements. Not cool!
That meant we needed to build a completely new website in addition to his Local SEO strategy.
Step 1: Chiropractic Website Build
Fortunately, we have a lot of experience in the health space. Our two co-founders alone have over 20 years of experience designing websites and SEO strategies for health & medical practices.
So we got to work and created a completely custom website
(and yes, he’s allowed to keep it)
Step 2: Chiropractor Local SEO
Once the website was up and running, we had to start from scratch with SEO. We told him what this meant, but that we were still confident we could hit his 2025 goals and start getting patients in the door with SEO.

Our Results 8 Months Later
Despite starting with a new website and Map invisibility, we were able to significantly improve Local Pack visibility in a densely populated downtown Metro for competitive terms, such as “chiropractors near me” and “best chiropractors Columbus OH”

And this wasn’t just a rebound of previous rankings before the website was rebuilt.
In October 2024, calls were up over 100% year-over-year.
Google Business Profile engagement and impressions were also up substantially year-over-year. That means in less than 1 year he was getting better performance than years of “SEO” with his previous rented website.
